Research demonstrates that up to 95% of what you DO and DO NOT DO is automatic, brain based Habit. Meaning most every decision you make is already determined by the brain, even if you think you’re making a conscious decision about it.
Most people know that in order for things to change in their life, they need to change. Then when the change (mostly in mindset) is attempted, they don’t succeed long term. They don't make real sustainable change in their life because they don't understand how the brain actually works.
