These 3 specific Patterns of Focus, questions to yourself, are great indicators as to how and why you're feeling a certain way.  How we unconsciously ask ourselves questions, and how we respond has habitualized our life through learned behavior.  We don't get what we want in Life, we simply get our Habits; beginning at the level of our thoughts.

The patterns of focus can literally alter our feelings and mood to being more abundant and positive.... this is what we all want more of, being here together.
