Will saving money for a month make you rich beyond your wildest dreams? Didn’t think so. So what makes us think that dieting with a short term strategy, that’s not sustainable, will benefit you for a lifetime of health and position you in a state of being fit for the rest of our life? Exactly! “Diets” don’t work.
Diets often restrict our body of valuable or even vital nutrients, but more so they’re not maintainable. If a strategy or plan isn’t sustainable, then it’s not successful. Through my guidance and coaching, I’m determined to bring to you some of the most efficient strategies to create a healthy way of living that will earn you the condition and health you desire, but most importantly keep you in that condition while comfortably maintaining your optimal physique. With over 2 decades of personal trail and error, exploring what makes the body burn fat most efficiently, I’ll outline many of the details that I’ve discovered to work for me, for my successful fat loss clients, for the energized house wives, and for some of the elite fitness competitors that have dominated the competition stage during my professional personal training and coaching career.
