IDENTITY

If you're like most people, until now, you've tried to become the things: Healthier, thinner, more organized, a top producer, more focused, more confident, etc., right?
 
In the course of trying to become these things, you're making choices on a daily basis to DO the things so that you'll BEcome these things.  Examples:  Do you eat healthy or not?  Do you get focused or not?  Do you bring awareness to your thoughts or not?  Do you exercise or not?  Are you afraid to shoot videos or not?  Do you avoid asking yourself the uncomfortable questions or not? Etc. 
 
Understand and know this, everything you have now comes from what you have done, and what you have done comes from who you have been.
 
And how you have been is a reflection of your ways of BEing, and that's what we're leaning into this week, your way of BEing from the level of your Identity.
 
We're going to learn how your subconscious Identity drives you and shows up in your life, and how your internal thermostat sets your temperature for what you get and have in your life.
 
We can't outwork our Identities!
