Long Lasting Habit Breaking

 

All of us go through life on autopilot and most everything that we have or don’t have in our life was created through unconscious autopilot habit.  It’s not a shocker that If you want to create new outcomes in life, you’ve got to create new habits.

 

Why is creating new and improved habits more challenging than it sounds?  Simple, we’ve been taught that we need to use Mindset and Will Power to fight our urges.  For most humans with a brain, Mindset and Will Power are fleeting.  This approach sets us up for a Brain Battle that is bound to be victorious by the Reptilian brain.

 

When our motivation doesn’t proceed victory over the brain based habit, we then fall into the routine of personalizing that “bad” habit.  

 

Today we learn how to dialog with these Habit Voices, in an easier process to breaking bad Habits without using Will Power.  You’ll notice the simplicity in the communication that’s required with the Reptilian Brain; keeping you best armed whenever this bully shows up to your party of thoughts.

 

Dismissing Habit Voice and moving your attention is required to severe yourself from the non-serving habit(s); simple because you are where your attention is.  What you focus on expands.
